the small hotel had a friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. the owner, who spoke English, went out of their way to ensure my comfort. the hotel itself was clean and new, and the meals served in the restaurant were simply outstanding. I was especially impressed with the quality of the food. Pensiunea Hanami provided excellent value for the price and was a perfect stopover on my journey from Ukraine to Bulgaria. The staff at this small hotel were absolutely mind-blowing! They made us feel right at home and their friendly dog was an added bonus. The owner spoke English fluently and the food she prepared for us was simply jaw-dropping. The hotel itself was clean and new, and the prices, including the restaurant prices, were super reasonable. I can't forget to mention the free wi-fi, convenient free parking, and the cozy coffee shop. They even had a paid airport shuttle service for added convenience. Oh, and did I mention the jacuzzi and flat-screen TV in the room? It was such a pleasure to stay in their non-smoking and pet-free rooms, and they even provided a playpen for our little one. this place was a real gem and the perfect spot for a night's stay on our journey from Ukraine to Bulgaria.
